What We Do

We provide business planning advice, prepare business contracts of all kinds, and establish corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.  We provide estate planning advice and prepare all types of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, special needs trusts, healthcare directives and durable powers of attorney.  We represent both plaintiffs and defendants in all types of litigation in the state and federal courts in the State of Arkansas.  We represent our clients in administrative proceedings of all kinds, including the Arkansas Worker's Compensation Commission and the Social Security Administration.
